Customer Support - Extended Support Upgrade The Extended Support Option (ESO) is ideal for customers that do not want to invest in extensive training on the advanced functions of the application or do not have the IT staff and resources that may be required to support more advanced functions of their hosted application. Designated Contact Up to three designated contacts may access support. Support Tickets Unlimited.. User Management and Device Support User add/ delete/ change management and end user device troubleshooting. Database Services Up to three databases, back up copies of databases, integrity checking and healthcare maintenance of the database*. Priority Call Queue Users receive priority phone queue when making support requests. Availability Support services are available from 6am to 6pm, PT, Monday - Friday (excluding holidays). Access ScionASP support is available via phone and web. You can submit a web request for support simply by clicking "submit a support request now". Price ESO requires a monthly fee of $495 plus 10% of the total monthly subscriber fees. Services are limited. Please refer to the ScionASP ESO support agreement for complete details. User data imports, application customizations, database troubleshooting and support and training are available for additional fees.
