ScionASP VoIP hosted communications solutions are simple enough to install yourself.  For softphones you just need to load software.  In the case of IP phones you have the option of installing them directly to your Network and broadband router from you PC or with any Ethernet connection at your office or home.  Subscribers have the option of utilizing professional support engineers to get their service up and running in no time.

Self Installation
It's simple enough to install your softphones or IP phones that you don't even need technical assistance.  ScionASP VoIP phones for user can be either software based applications like X-Lite or Sunbeam from Counterpath or IP phones connected to your Ethernet network.  Please consult with ScionASP support to determine which solution is best for you,
 
Corporate Installation Services
Larger deployments for VoIP services may require extended support from ScionASP.  This might be required when there are multiple users, IP extensions and deployments.  Additional VoIP usage may impact traffic on your broadband connection which will effect phone sessions and performance.  ScionASP support engineers will assist in the testing, performance metrics and the impact of VoIP traffic has on the existing IP network.
