Customer Support - Standard Support

Standard Support is included with all ScionASP services. 

Designated Contact                                                                           Only one contact from each account may access support.

Response Time                                                                                                  Response times for all Standard Support ticket requests is within 2 business days.

Support Tickets                                                                                   20 support requests per month. 

Availability                                                                                  Support services are available from 6am to 6pm, PT, Monday - Friday (excluding holidays).

Access                                                                                            ScionASP support is available via email, phone and web.  You can submit a web request for support simply by clicking "submit a support request now".

Price                                                                                        Standard Support is included with all ScionASP service contracts.  Additional support services requested by Standard Support users are fee based. This includes additional support ticket requests, user management (user add/change/ delete requests and device support services.   Please see your ScionASP sales representative for more information.
