ScionASP offers two types of support services;

Standard Support - Included with all ScionASP services. This limited service program offers basic 'server side' support and is well suited for customers that have sufficient application administrative training and support. 

Extended Service Option - Available upgrade includes priority phone queue, faster problem resolution, database copies, end user device support, unlimited case requests and more.
